Who are we?

Any reference to "we", "us", "our" and “the Company” is to ITV Global Entertainment Ltd.  We are known as the “data controller” and you can contact us at privacy@itv.com for more information about how we process your data.

What information are we processing and why?

Personal information means any information describing or relating to an identifiable individual.  In relation to the ITV Archive & Clip Sales service (“the Service”), when you first register we collect your: Title, Forename, Surname, Email address, Job Title and Organisation. Changes to our business

If we decide to change or restructure our business we may need to pass your personal information to one of our group companies so we can continue to effectively deliver the services to you.

If there are changes to our business (such as a re-organisation or restructuring), your personal information will remain subject to this privacy notice (as amended from time to time). However where your personal information is transferred to a new owner (for example following a merger or acquisition) it may be subject to a different privacy notice.
